Wendy has been a certified personal trainer for over 25 years practicing in Manhattan. She has also been certified as a rehabilitation specialist. She is a former teacher of fitness instructors for Marymount Manhattan College in New York, a post she held for eighteen years. It is there that she wrote two technical training manuals.

Wendy has worked with research directors, medical professionals, and chiropractic groups to provide exercise protocols that ensure a healthy, active lifestyle for all clients, including those with special needs. In particular, she coordinated patients physical rehabilitation and designed exercise protocols with the medical team treating physical injuries.

In addition, during the past two years, Wendy has designed individual fitness programs and formatted and taught classes at a community fitness center for mature active adults.

Wendy has taught down hill skiing, lectured on strength training for skiers and also enjoys motorcycling and bicycling. She lives in Greenwood Lake.
