Are you ready for a fitness program that will produce results and not break the bank? Are you looking to exercise outdoors and meet neighbors with similar interests?
Hudson Valley Fitness is excited to offer the Preserve on the Hudson community our popular fitness boot camps. The HVF boot camps combine military boot camp exercises, discipline, and scheduling with group fitness activities. Boot camps are designed so all fitness and ability levels can participate. Don't let the name "boot camp" scare you, it's just a name.
The Preserve Boot Camps will be held on the basketball court and Preserve grounds.
All boot camps are challenging, yet emphasize safety.
100% Money Back Guarantee - if you are not happy with the boot camp program or feel it's not right for you, drop out by the end of the second week and receive a full refund.
What can you expect? Expect a full hour of cardiovascular and strength training activities. When class begins, you will participate in various warm-up exercises including dynamic and static stretching. After your warm-up, the boot camp can go anywhere. You will run, jog, and/or walk depending on your abilities and current fitness level. You will perform total body exercises including squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, and more, again going to your safe ability level. Expect group competitions or games to increase teamwork and the level of fun while working out. Expect to push yourself. Expect to help your neighbors give their all. Expect to lose weight. Expect to become stronger. Expect greater levels of energy. Expect to look better. Expect to feel better.
What can you NOT expect? DO NOT expect a feeling of intimidation. NEVER will you be yelled at or made to feel as though you are not doing enough. Your instructor is not a drill sergeant, but a fitness professional. They are there to help you push your limits and make sure you are doing so safely, not to elevate their own ego.
DO NOT expect to be judged. All participants are there to improve their health, not pass judgment on each other. All HVF staff members are there help, not judge.
What should you bring? When attending the boot camp classes you are required to wear appropriate exercise attire and sneakers. Also, bring a water bottle and a mat or towel for the ground.
Boot camps are for participants 18+ years of age. If teens are interested in have their own boot camp, HVF will organize girls only and boys only camps. Please contact HVF if you have a question.

Whether you choose to work with your HVF Professional on a regular basis, or once every couple of weeks, you will be given the tools needed to reach your goals.
Hudson Valley Fitness only employs the best of the best, so you will be working with a real fitness professional and not someone who became certified online this weekend.
