HVF Group Training Membership
The HVF Group Training is a monthly membership to our Body Transformation training sessions. HVF is NOT a traditional gym...it's better! By joining HVF, you not only gain access to Hudson Valley Fitness during designated training times, but you receive specific routines from the HVF Body Transformation System to work on in each session. Forget about wandering around the big box gym, unsure what to do. At HVF, you are given a plan to follow everyday.
A Simple and Convenient Process
- Choose a monthly membership (unlimited attendance, 6-10 sessions, or up to 5 sessions)
- Visit HVF during available training sessions (1 or 2-hour blocks offered twice a day Mon-Fri)
- Participate in workouts provided by HVF during the training blocks (training staff always available to assist you with routines, exercises, modifications, and more)
What's the HVF Body Transformation System?
The HVF Body Transformation System is a progressive training program designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are a couch potato just looking to begin a fitness program or you're a seasoned veteran looking for a challenging workout, the body transformation system is perfect for you.
Each training session is presented with several routines and options. These routines will guide individuals through a safe and comprehensive functional training program.
The HVF Body Transformation System is designed to help individuals reach goals of weight / body fat loss, improved overall fitness / health, and increased athletic performance.
As a member of HVF you are welcome to attend any available training session to work on that day's transformation routine. Below is the current training session schedule. You may arrive anytime during the session and begin your workout. You must complete your workout and exit HVF before the end of the session block. It is highly recommended that you do not begin a workout in the last half hour of a session. Routines may be completed in as little as 30 minutes, but will likely take you longer. You may also extend the length of a workout as long as you finish by the end of the session block.
Mondays & Fridays: 8am - 9:45am, 4pm - 5:45pm
Wednesdays: 9am - 9:45am, 4pm - 5:45pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 7am - 7:45am, 6pm - 6:45pm
Saturdays: 9am - 10am
Booking Your Sessions
After joining, you are asked to book the sessions you will attend that month online or through our app. This does not need to be done all at once. You may book your sessions week-to-week or day-to-day, but please book your attendance at least one day in advance. Should you need to cancel a booking, there is no penalty, simply cancel the booked session and re-book when you can attend.
Booking your attendance in advance is done to help the HVF staff know who's coming and when. This will assist in studio set up and exercise modifications when needed. Use the blue button above to book your sessions or download the MINDBODY app from your app store and find Hudson Valley Fitness.
Memberships are based on the number of training sessions you will attend per calendar month. Be sure to use the sessions you purchase within that month as they do not carryover to the next month, no exceptions. No contracts. Renew your membership at the beginning of each month at HVF or online. Discounted commitment packages are list beneath each single month package.
Military, police, firefighters, and EMS receive a 15% discount on monthly enrollment fees. Purchase at HVF with ID.

There are three ways you can get started.
1) Sign up for a free consultation to discuss joining HVF (click here). Use this private appointment to become familiar with our training method, the transformation system, and the studio. You can also discuss any injuries or medical issues that must be addressed before beginning.
2) Claim your two free sessions to participate in training at HVF before committing to a membership (click here). You can attend any two training sessions in the same calendar week to see if HVF is right for you.
3) Get right to it by joining HVF. Select a membership above and sign up online or at HVF. If you are interested in joining after the first week of the month, please join at HVF, not online, to receive a prorated first month's membership.
