New Client Procedure Outline

Below is a brief description of the process to become a new client of Hudson Valley Fitness.


Step #1

Congratulations, you've already completed step #1! Simply by visiting this site you understand the importance of seeking professional assistance when working on an important goal such as your health.

Step #2

Contact HVF for your free in-home consultation. This step will be the hardest one for you to make due to the fact that you are asking complete strangers to help you with your most personal goals in the privacy your home. We understand this uncomfortable feeling, but rest assured HVF employees and associates are true professionals.

Step #3

HVF will contact you to set up your consultation. Most consultations are scheduled for evenings and weekends. Consultations are conducted by HVF owner Keith Laug.

Step #4

Your Consultation. During your consultation with Keith Laug you will discuss your health history, goals, current lifestyle, availability of exercise equipment, your preferred training schedule with HVF, whether you prefer a male or female trainer, and more. The consultation is an opportunity for HVF to learn more about you and for you to learn about HVF.
You will also fill out several important forms during the consultation.
Should you decide to use the services of HVF, you will be required to make an initial payment of $130 to HVF if you are entering into the HVF billing cycle. You may also choose to purchase a larger discounted package of training sessions. For more information on HVF Rates and Payments click here.

Step #5

Your training schedule is created. HVF will coordinate a set training schedule between you and your HVF professional. Information obtained at your consultation will be used to begin the process of developing a results-driven program designed specifically for you.

Step #6

Work hard and stay focused! You are now a client of Hudson Valley Fitness and you will be given the tools and support necessary to achieve success.
