Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the services of HVF at the conclusion of your third session, you will receive a 100% refund for all purchased sessions.
There are no refunds for completed sessions once the fourth session has been conducted.
There is a full refund policy for all sessions which have not been conducted. Meaning, if you purchase a 12 session package and complete 6 sessions, you will receive a full refund for the remaining 6 session ONLY IF the package has not expired.
Once a package has expired there are NO refunds.
Cancellation Policy
HVF requires 12 hours of notice to cancel a session. HVF reserves the right to deduct a session from a prepaid package if the client cancels a session with less then 12 hours of notice.
Obviously life can throw us curveballs from time to time (sickness, weather, family emergency). The occasional late cancellation will not result in loss of a prepaid session.
