Conditioning your body is key to improving your golf game
Are you serious about your golf game?
What are you doing now to improve your game?
Have you been stuck at the same level for a while?
It may be time to start focusing on the most important piece of golf equipment - your body! If you think buying a new driver or putter is going to make a significant change to your game on a consistent basis, you are wrong. What is controlling the driver or putter? It's you, your body.
Golf instruction from a pro is crucial to improving the mechanics of your swing, but are you listening and nothing is changing? The problem may be your body is unable to perform the tasks and mechanics being asked.
Have you ever had a golf lesson and the pro physically forced you into a specific stance or swing pose? Was is uncomfortable, but produced a favorable result? Well, if the stance or swing is uncomfortable, you will return to your poor mechanics once the instructor is no longer with you. To ensure you are able to comfortably maintain the correct swing mechanics, you must train your body to do so.
