Your Backyard Boot Camp
Be prepared...create your Spring boot camp now!
What is Private T.R.I.M. Boot Camp?
Private T.R.I.M. Boot Camp is a private group of your family members, friends, co-workers, neighbors, or basically anyone you invite, to workout in YOUR T.R.I.M. boot camp.
What is a Boot Camp?
A boot camp is a group fitness program designed to help participants lose weight, increase strength, improve cardiovascular capabilities, elevate energy levels, and decrease stress all while having fun with the people closest to you. Most bootcamps are held outdoors with very minimal equipment. Be prepared to run, jog, do push-ups, do pull-ups, jump rope, do sit-ups, climb, squat, curl, yell, sweat, curse, laugh, and have fun!
Your only responsibilities
1. Invite all the family members, friends, neighbors, etc. that you feel would be interested in joining your T.R.I.M. Boot Camp. You may print and use the Private T.R.I.M. Boot Camp Invitation. All participants will be mailed the necessary paperwork and must return these completed forms to HVF prior to the first boot camp session. *Not everyone will be cleared to workout in the bootcamp, and others will need to receive permission from their physician to participate. The T.R.I.M. Boot Camp can accomodate several ability levels during a single boot camp session.

2. Choose a location to hold your T.R.I.M. Boot Camp. This location should be large enough to hold all participants with plenty of room to spare. The preferred location is a participant's backyard. Remember, this is a boot camp, you're going to get dirty - and have fun doing it.
3. Decide on a schedule. You may choose to meet once or twice a week with a T.R.I.M. Boot Camp Professional. Discuss with your group whether you will meet in the morning, afternoon, evening, or weekend.
How many people can participate in the T.R.I.M. Boot Camp?
There must be a minimum of 4 participants per boot camp. You may invite as many participants as you wish, just make sure the venue can hold all participants easily (with room to run and exercise).
What is the cost and commitment of the T.R.I.M. Boot Camp?
T.R.I.M. Boot Camps are scheduled for 4, 6, and 8 weeks in length with one or two meetings per week.
Cost:
4 participants...$25 per boot camp session / per individual
5 participants...$22 per boot camp session / per individual
6 participants...$20 per boot camp session / per individual
7-10 participants...$18 per boot camp session / per individual
10+ participants...will be quoted

All participants must pay for the entire boot camp in full prior to the first session. Meaning, if your boot camp is a 4 week boot camp meeting twice a week with four participants, each participant must pay $200 before beginning.
Cancellations will only occur when very poor weather conditions exist (a little rain only adds to the enjoyment!)
*If after your third boot camp session you are not completely satisfied with our boot camp service, we will refund your investment 100%.
