The boot camp classes are great! You never know what to expect as every class is different...Our instructor, Mechele, knows my potential and knows when to push and what works best for the group. She is energetic and knows her stuff...HVF has helped me begin to reach my goals through working out and following a healthy diet. Meeting with Keith to get my measurements is the best because it keeps you on track and wanting to keep trying and going for it!

I remember the first day we met and discussed my personal goals and fitness plan. It was great, we talked about making this 52 year old guy who sits at a desk 10-12 hour a day, commutes 120 mile a day and was totally out of shape into a much stronger, physically fit and healthy person.

My experience working with Hudson Valley Fitness is fantastic. I lost weight and I definitely feel stronger. HVF has been incredible!
